Hi, I’m Emily!

I’m a wine enthusiast with a WSET Level 2 certification, currently continuing my wine education through hands-on experiences, travel, and further studies. I recently took on the challenge of WSET Level 3 and will be returning to complete my theory exam when I’m back in Canada.

Uncorked Connections started as a way to share my love for wine and the things I’m learning along the way. From vineyard experiences and wine discoveries to approachable tips, pairings, and recommendations, this is a space where I hope to make wine feel exciting and accessible.

For me, wine has always been about connection. Whether it’s hosting a small gathering with friends, sharing a bottle over a meal, or discovering a new wine in a new place, wine creates moments worth remembering.
